摘要

目的 探讨运动引导想象训练对脊髓神经减压术后患者神经病理性疼痛和睡眠障碍的影响.方法 选取脊柱外科收治的 62 例行脊髓神经减压术且存在神经病理性疼痛和睡眠障碍的患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各 31 例.对照组实施术后常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行运动引导想象训练.比较 2 组神经病理性疼痛程度和睡眠质量.结果 2 组疼痛评分在时间效应、组间效应及交互效应方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(F时间=429.691,P<0.001;F组间=7.063,P<0.001;F交互=25.634,P<0.001);2 组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分在时间效应、组间效应及交互效应方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(F时间=790.029,P<0.001;F组间=46.914,P<0.001;F交互=180.366,P<0.001).结论 运动引导想象训练可以缓解脊髓神经减压术后患者的神经病理性疼痛和睡眠障碍,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of motion-guided imaginary training on neuropathic pain and sleep disorders after the spinal nerve decompression.Methods Sixty-two patients with neuropathic pain and sleep disturbance after the spinal nerve decompression were divided into a control group and an observation group,each of 31,according to a random number table.Both groups were given routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally provided with motion-guided imaginary training.Then the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and visual analogue scale(VAS)were employed to evaluate the sleep quality and pain of both groups.Results After intervention,there were significant time effect,intergroup effect and interaction effect between the two groups in the PSQI(Ftime =429.691,P<0.001;Fintergroup = 7.063,P<0.001;Finteraction = 25.634,P<0.001)and VAS scores(Ftime = 790.029,P<0.001;Fintergroup = 46.914,P<0.0 0 1;Finteraction= 180.366,P<0.001).Conclusion Motion-guided imaginary training can relieve neuropathic pain and sleep disturbance of patients after the spinal cord decompression.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical qpplication.
