共享决策联合间歇训练应用于老年冠心病患者的效果研究

摘要
目的 探讨共享决策联合间歇训练应用于老年冠心病患者的效果.方法 选取笔者所在医院 2022 年 2月-2023 年 8 月收治的 80 例老年冠心病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各 40例.对照组给予冠心病常规护理及间歇训练,观察组在对照组的基础上实施共享决策,比较 2 组心肺功能、决策冲突水平.结果 干预后,观察组峰值摄氧量、无氧阈摄氧量、每搏输出量、左心射血分数均高于对照组(t=2.909,P=0.005;t=2.062,P=0.043;t=2.813,P=0.006;t=2.865,P=0.005);决策冲突水平低于对照组(t=6.907,P<0.001).结论 将共享决策及间歇训练联合应用于老年冠心病患者中,可以有效改善患者的心肺功能,降低其决策冲突水平,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of shared decision plan combined with interval training on elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Totally 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and treated in author's hospital between February 2022 and August 2023 were selected,and divided into a control group and an observation group,each of 40,according to a random number table.Both groups were given routine health education and interval training,while the observation group was additionally provided with shared decision making.The cardiopulmonary function and decision conflict were compared between the two groups after the intervention.Results After intervention,the peak oxygen intake(PeakVO2),anaerobic threshold oxyen intake(ATVO2),stroke volume(SV)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(t=2.909,P=0.005;t=2.062,P=0.043;t=2.813,P=0.006;t=2.865,P= 0.005),while the score of the decision conflict scale was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=6.907,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of shared decision plan and interval training in elderly patients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve their cardiopulmonary function and reduce their level of decision conflict.Therefore,it is worthy of promoting in the clinical practice.
