信息化管理模式在剩余冷冻胚胎处置随访中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨信息化管理模式在辅助生殖助孕夫妇剩余冷冻胚胎处置随访中的应用效果.方法 选取于笔者所在医院生殖中心行辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)助孕妊娠分娩后仍有剩余冷冻胚胎的 281 例患者为研究对象.按照随访时间顺序分组,将 2022 年 7 月-12 月随访的 139 例患者设为对照组,将2023 年 1 月-6 月随访的 142 例患者为观察组.对照组采用传统随访模式,观察组采用信息化随访模式.比较 2组随访规范情况、随访耗时及剩余冷冻胚胎处置率.结果 观察组随访规范率高于对照组(χ2 =36.806,P＜0.001),随访耗时短于对照组(Z=-10.124,P＜0.001),剩余冷冻胚胎处置率高于对照组(χ2 =17.672,P＜0.001).结论 采用信息化随访模式可以促进生殖中心随访规范化,提高随访效率和剩余冷冻胚胎处置率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of information management model in the disposal of the remaining frozen embryos of couples receiving assisted reproduction.Methods Totally 281 undergoing assisted reproductive technology(ART)and still having frozen embryos after delivery were selected as the study objects.Those treated in hospital from July to December 2022 were selected into the control group(n=139),while those done in hospital from January to June 2023 were chosen into the observation group(n=142).The control group was followed up traditionally,while the observation group was done based on the information management.The standardized rate of follow-up,follow-up time and disposal rate of remaining frozen embryos were compared between the two groups.Results The standardized follow-up rate and the disposal rate of remaining frozen embryos of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(χ2 =36.806,P＜0.001;χ2= 17.672,P＜0.001),while the follow-up time was significantly shorter than the latter(Z=-10.124,P＜0.001).Conclusion The follow-up based on the information management model can promote the standardization and efficiency of follow-up in reproductive centers,as well as the disposal rate of remaining frozen embryos.
