电子健康素养在慢性心力衰竭患者社会支持与益处发现间的中介效应

摘要
目的 探讨电子健康素养在慢性心力衰竭患者社会支持与益处发现间的中介效应.方法 采用一般资料调查表、社会支持量表、电子健康素养量表、中文版益处发现量表对河南省某三级甲等医院的 292 例慢性心力衰竭患者进行调查.结果 慢性心力衰竭患者益处发现总分为(49.32±11.46)分,电子健康素养总分为(24.50±3.89)分,社会支持总分为(40.29±8.18)分.电子健康素养在慢性心力衰竭患者社会支持与益处发现间起部分中介作用,中介效应值为 0.057,中介效应占总效应的 20.36%.结论 建议临床医护人员加强慢性心力衰竭患者的社会支持,提高其电子健康素养水平,进而提高其益处发现水平.
Abstract
Objective To explore the mediating effect of e-health literacy on social support and benefit discovery in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods Totally 292 CHF patients in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Henan province were investigated by using a general condition questionnaire,a social support rating scale(SSRS),an eHealth literacy scale(eHEALS)and the Chinese version of benefit finding scale(C-BFC).Results The total C-BFC,EHLS and SSS scores were(49.32±11.46)points,(24.50±3.89)points and(40.29±8.18)points,respectively.E-health literacy played a partial mediating role in the relationship between social support and benefit discovery in patients with chronic heart failure.The mediating effect was 0.057,accounting for 20.36%of the total effect.Conclusion It is suggested that clinical staff should strengthen the social support and e-health literacy of CHF patients,so as to improve their level of benefit discovery.
