翻转课堂联合严肃游戏对麻醉科护生仪器教学效果的影响

摘要
目的 探讨翻转课堂联合严肃游戏教学模式在麻醉科护生仪器教学中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年1 月-6 月在中山市人民医院麻醉科实习的 40 名护生为对照组,选取 2022 年 7 月-12 月在麻醉科实习的 38 名护生为观察组,对照组采用传统培训模式,观察组采用翻转课堂联合严肃游戏教学模式进行教学培训.结果 麻醉科实习结束时,观察组理论与操作成绩、自主学习能力得分均高于对照组(t=48.091,P<0.001;t=72.980,P<0.001;t=13.760,P<0.001),观察组护生对教学的满意度高于对照组(Z=-5.102,P<0.001).结论 将翻转课堂与严肃游戏联合应用于麻醉科护生仪器教学中,可以有效提高护生理论及操作水平,培养其自主学习能力,提升其专业水平.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with serious games in teaching equipment to anesthesia nursing students.Methods Totally 40 nursing students practicing in the department of anesthesiology in the first half of 2022 were selected into the control group,while 38 nursing students in the second half were chosen into the intervention group.The control group received conventional training,while the intervention group was given flipped classroom teaching combined with serious games.Results The scores of theoretical and operational performance,and autonomous learning ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=48.091,P<0.001;t=72.980,P<0.001;t=13.760,P<0.001).Moreover,the satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(Z=-5.102,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of flipped classroom combined with serious games in the teaching instruments to anesthesia nursing students,can improve their theoretical and operational performance,autonomous learning ability and professional level.
