国外老年人居家照护研究的文献计量学分析

摘要
目的 了解国外老年人居家照护研究的现状,探讨近年来国外老年居家照护研究的热点和发展趋势,为我国老年人居家照护提供参考.方法 计算机检索Web of Science核心合集数据库,获取 2012-2022 年国外老年居家照护相关的文献,采用CiteSpace 5.8.R3 对其进行可视化分析.结果 最终纳入文献 1 419 篇,2012-2018 年国外老年居家照护领域发文量呈逐渐上升趋势,至 2018 年发文量达到峰值,2019-2022 年发文量呈缓慢下降趋势.国外关于老年人居家照护的研究主要集中在美国、加拿大和瑞士,发文前 3 位的研究机构为卡罗林斯卡学院、奥斯陆大学和多伦多大学;国外居家照护研究重点为居家照护模式,重点关注人群为衰弱老人,常用的研究方法为随机对照试验、系统评价及调查研究.结论 国外老年人居家照护研究相对成熟、平稳且研究视角较为开阔,但近几年热度有下降的趋势.研究主要集中在老年人居家照护模式、身心健康管理和多维度的健康需求 3 个方面,我国研究者可借鉴国际的成熟经验,并结合我国文化背景进行研究,以促进我国老年居家照护的发展.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the status quo,as well as research hotspots and trends of overseas home care for the elderly in recent years,so as to provide references for China.Methods The data on overseas home care for the elderly from 2012 to 2022 were collected from the core database of Web of Science,and analyzed using CiteSpace 5.8.R3.Results A total of 1 419 articles were included.The number of articles published increased gradually from 2012 to 2018,reached the peak in 2018,followed by a slow decrease from 2019 to 2022.The researchers mainly came from America,Canada and Switzerland,with the first three contributors being Karolinska Institute,University of Oslo and University of Toronto.The researchers focused on the home care model and mainly paid attention to the frail elderly.Qualitative research,randomized controlled trial and systematic evaluation were commonly used in their research.Conclusion Research on home care for the elderly abroad is relatively mature,stable and broad,but there is a downward trend in recent years.The research mainly focuses on the model of home care for the elderly,the management of physical and mental health and their multi-dimensional health needs.Chinese researchers can draw on the international experience to promote the development in this field,with consideration of own cultural background.
