摘要
目的 对我国护理专业课程思政教学实践的研究进行范围综述,了解该领域的研究现状,为促进护理专业课教学多元化育人功能提供参考.方法 根据范围综述的研究方法,系统检索中国知网、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、国家哲学社会科学文献中心和中国高校人文社会科学文献中心中关于护理专业课程思政教学实践的研究.检索时限为 2014 年 1 月 1 日-2022 年 10 月 20 日.对纳入的文献进行分析和讨论.结果 最终纳入 28 篇文献,涉及 17 门护理专业课程;挖掘的思政元素有 31 种,归纳整理为家国情怀、人文素养、职业素养、科学精神、人格发展、深度学习 6 大类;思政元素融入路径较多,以案例分析、情境模拟、角色扮演和专题讨论教学为主.结论 目前我国护理专业课程涉及的思政元素较丰富,但针对性、专业性和系统性有待进一步打磨;思政元素融入路径多样,系统性的评价工具还有待开发和验证.
Abstract
Objective To review the scope of research on ideological and political teaching practice of nursing courses and its current situation,so as to provide a reference for promoting diversified educational function of professional courses.Methods According to Arksey and O'Malley's scope review framework,articles on ideological and political teaching practice of nursing courses were searched in databases such as CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,CBM,national philosophy and social sciences literature center and human literature and social sciences literature center of China universities,with the search time setting between January 1,2014 and October 20,2022.The literature selected was analyzed and discussed.Results A total of 28 articles were included,involving 17 nursing courses.There were 31 ideological and political elements excavated,classified into 6 categories as national feelings,humanistic quality,professional ethics,scientific spirit,personality development,deep learning.There were many integration paths,mainly in case discussion,situational simulation teaching and seminar.Conclusion Ideological and political elements are abundant in current nursing courses,which needs to be polished to be more targeted,professional and systematic.There are various ways to integrate such elements into nursing teaching,and systematic evaluation tools are to be developed.
