摘要
预先护理计划是儿童舒缓疗护的重要组成部分,也是优化临终患儿关怀的关键.文章从预先护理计划的概念,临终患儿预先护理计划启动先决条件、预先护理计划对患儿、家属及医务人员的影响,以及所面临的阻碍因素等方面进行综述,旨在为我国儿童预先护理计划的临床实践提供借鉴.
Abstract
Advance care planning(ACP)is an important part of palliative care for children and the key to optimizing care for clying children.This paper reviews the concept of ACP for children and its prerequisites for initiation,its efffects on children,their relatives and medical staff,and the challenges and countermeasures in its implementation,so as to provide a reference for the clinical practice.
