早产儿父亲疾病不确定感水平及其影响因素分析

摘要
目的 调查新生儿重症监护室(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)早产儿父亲的疾病不确定感水平,并分析其影响因素.方法 选取医院 NICU住院的 236 例早产儿的父亲为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版疾病不确定感父母量表、简易应对方式问卷对其进行调查.结果 早产儿父亲的疾病不确定感总分为(77.54±10.25)分,应对方式问卷的积极应对维度得分为(25.28±5.66)分,消极应对维度得分为(9.40±3.08)分.多元线性回归分析结果显示,早产儿出生胎龄、早产儿父亲的文化程度、应对方式(积极应对、消极应对)是早产儿父亲疾病不确定感的独立影响因素(R2 =0.322,△R2 =0.307,F=21.806,P=0.021).结论 早产儿父亲对于早产儿的疾病不确定感水平偏高,医护人员应采取针对性的干预措施来降低其疾病不确定感,促进其身心健康.
Abstract
Objective To explore the level of illness uncertainty among fathers of the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)premature infants and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Totally 236 fathers of premature infant in NICU were selected,and surveyed using a general condition questionnaire,the Chinese version of the illness uncertainty parental scale,and the simplified coping style questionnaire.Results The total score of illness uncertainty was(77.54±10.25)points,and the scores of the positive and negative coping dimension were(25.28±5.66)points and(9.40±3.08)points,respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the gestational age of premature infants,educational level of premature fathers,positive and negative coping were the main influencing factors(R2 =0.322,△R2 =0.307,F=21.806,P=0.021).Conclusion Fathers of premature infants are of high illness uncertainty.Therefore,medical staff should take effective measures to lower their level of illness uncertainty and promote their physical and mental health.
