摘要
目的 探讨 H2H营养管理模式在稳定期炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel diseases,IBD)患者中的应用效果.方法 将 2022 年 5 月-8 月武汉市中心医院消化内科收治的 52 例稳定期 IBD患者设为对照组,将 2022 年9 月-12月收治的 52 例稳定期IBD患者设为观察组,对照组采取常规营养管理模式,观察组采用 H2H 营养管理模式,比较 2组上臂围、体质指数(body mass index,BMI)、血红蛋白及白蛋白浓度.结果 干预 6 个月后,观察组上臂围值、BMI、血红蛋白及白蛋白浓度均高于对照组(t=-3.135,P=0.002;t=-2.448,P=0.016;t=-2.973,P=0.004;t=-3.299,P=0.001).结论 H2H营养管理模式可有效改善稳定期IBD患者的营养指标,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of H2 H nutrition management in IBD patients.Methods Fifty-two IBD patients treated in the gastroenterology department of the central hospital of Wuhan from May to August of 2022 were selected into a control group,while another 52 patients treated in the following four months were chosen into an observation group.Both groups were given routine nutritional support,while the observation group was additionally provided with H2 H nutrition management.Then the upper arm circumference,body mass index(BMI),hemoglobin and albumin concentrations were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 moths of intervention,the upper arm circumference,BMI,hemoglobin and albumin concentrations of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(t=-3.135,P=0.002;t=-2.448,P=0.016;t=-2.973,P=0.004;t=-3.299,P=0.001).Conclusion The application of H2 H nutrition management can effectively improve the nutritional indicators of stable IBD patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
