摘要

目的 探讨PDCA循环法结合信息化技术在剖宫产产妇术后镇痛泵管理中的应用效果.方法 选取于笔者所在医院行剖宫产的 240 例产妇为研究对象.按照入院先后顺序,将 2021 年 7 月-12 月入院的 120 例产妇设为对照组,将 2022 年 1 月-6 月入院的 120 例产妇设为观察组,对照组进行剖宫产术后镇痛泵的常规随访管理,观察组运用PDCA循环法结合信息化技术进行术后镇痛泵的随访管理.结果 观察组剖宫产术后第 1、2 天的疼痛评分均低于对照组(t=2.693,P=0.008;t=2.143,P=0.033),疼痛处理时间短于对照组(t=8.370,P<0.001),观察组对疼痛管理的满意度得分高于对照组(t=8.131,P<0.001).2 组镇痛泵相关不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2 =1.677,P=0.195).结论 采用PDCA循环法结合信息化技术对剖宫产产妇术后镇痛泵进行管理,可以有效缩镇痛处理时间,提高镇痛效果与产妇满意度.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA circulation combined with information technology in analgesic pump visit after cesarean section.Methods Totally 240 cases of parturients who underwent cesarean section in the author's hospital were selected.According to the order of admission,120 cesarean section puerpera in the second half of 2021 and the first half of 2022 were selected into the control and observation groups.The control group received routine follow-up,while the observation group underwent postoperative analgesic pump visit management using PDCA cycle method combined with information means.Results On the 1st and 2nd days after the operation,the pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(t= 2.693,P=0.008;t=2.143,P=0.033).Moreover,the pain pump alarm response time of the former group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(t=8.370,P<0.001),while the satisfaction was significantly higher than the latter(t=8.131,P<0.001).However,no significant differences were found between the two groups in the analgesic pump-related complications(χ2 =1.677,P=0.195).Conclusion The PDCA cycle combined with information management can significantly shorten the response time,promote analgesic effect and satisfaction of patients.
