摘要
文章总结了以三级医院为主导,借助"护理服务到家"平台为有居家护理需要的特殊人群提供上门护理服务的实践经验.2021 年 9 月-2023 年 9 月,笔者所在医院开展 48 种上门护理服务项目,共计完成 2 045 个上门护理服务订单,患者满意度 100%.实施"互联网+护理服务"惠及了较多有需求的人群,用户满意度高.本阶段的上门护理服务还存在护士人力资源不足、上门护理服务项目有限等局限,安全隐患也需引起重视,未来将进一步拓展和完善.
Abstract
This paper summarizes the practical experience of providing home nursing service for patients with home nursing needs,led by tertiary hospitals on the"nursing service at home"platform.Between September 2021 and September 2023,the author's hospital carried out a total of 48 kinds of home nursing service projects,completed 2 045 home nursing service orders,and the patient satisfaction evaluation reached 100%.The implementation of"Internet+nursing service"has benefited more people in need,with high satisfaction.However,such limitations of insufficient human resources,insufficient projects and security risks should also be paid attention to,and improved in the future.
