精细化管理在手术室骨科外来器械与植入物中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨精细化管理在骨科外来器械与植入物管理中的应用效果.方法 将 2022 年 1 月-3 月进行的 1 275 例骨科植入物手术设为对照组,将 2022 年 4 月-6 月进行的骨科植入物手术 1 023 例设为干预组,对照组采用常规的骨科手术配合管理模式,干预组采用精细化管理模式.结果 干预组外来器械与植入物管理质量均明显高于对照组(均P＜0.05),术中清点意外事件发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 精细化管理能有效实施骨科外来器械与植入物的环节控制,显著提升外来器械与植入物管理质量,同时降低术中清点意外事件发生率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of fine management in the management of orthopedic foreign devices and implants.Methods A total of 1 275 orthopedic implant surgeries performed from January to March 2022 were set as the control group,and 1 023 orthopedic implant surgeries performed from April to June 2022 were set as the intervention group.The control group was treated with conventional orthopedic instruments and implants management and the intervention group was given fine management.Results The management quality of external devices and implants in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(all P＜0.05),and the incidence of intraoperative inventory accidents was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Fine management can effectively implement the link control of orthopedic external instruments and implants,significantly improve the quality of external instruments and implants management,and reduce the incidence of intraoperative inventory accidents.
