摘要
目的 总结预防外周静脉炎的最佳证据,为临床开展循证实践提供参考和依据.方法 在 WHO、GIN等 6 个指南网站检索相关指南和证据综合,在 UpToDate和万方等 7 个中英文数据库补充检索系统评价和临床决策,并对纳入文献进行质量评价和证据提取.结果 最终纳入 11 篇文献,包括 9 篇系统评价和 2 篇临床决策,总结出药物、敷料、固定方式 3 个方面的 13 条证据.结论 外周静脉炎预防措施的最佳证据可指导临床实践,为减少外周静脉炎的发生,缓解患者痛苦,保障治疗的有效进行提供依据.
Abstract
Objective To summarize the best evidences of peripheral phlebitis prevention,so as to guide clinical practice.Methods Related guidelines and evidence were initially searched in 6 guideline websites including WHO and GIN,while systematic evaluation and clinical decision were retrieved from 7 Chinese and English databases consisting of UpToDate and Wanfang.Quality evaluation and evidence extraction were carried out.Results A total of 11 articles were collected,including 9 systematic reviews and 2 clinical decisions.Finally,13 interventions about medications,dressings and fixation methods were summarized.Conclusion The best evidences of peripheral phlebitis prevention can reduce the occurrence of peripheral phlebitis,relieve the pain of patients,and guarantee the efficiency of treatment.
