护理本科生导师培训质量评价指标体系的构建

摘要
目的 构建护理本科生导师培训质量评价指标体系,旨在为护理本科生导师培训质量的评价提供参考.方法 以"结构-过程-结果"三维质量模型为理论框架,通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈、德尔菲专家函询法和层次分析法,确定护理本科生导师培训质量评价指标及其权重.结果 2轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.944和0.900,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.236和0.210.最终构建的护理本科生导师培训质量评价指标体系包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标、39个三级指标.结论 构建的护理本科生导师培训质量评价指标体系有较好的科学性及可靠性,内容合理、全面,对评价护理本科生导师培训质量具有指导意义.
Abstract
Objective To construct a quality evaluation index system for the nursing undergraduate tutoring training base,aiming to provide references for evaluation in this field.Methods Using the three-dimensional quality model"structure-process-result"as the framework,the evaluation indicators and their weights were determined through literature review,semi-structured interviews and the Delphi method.Results The recovery rates of the two rounds of expert letter consultation were both 100%.The authority coefficients were 0.944 and 0.900,while the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.236 and 0.210,respectively.The quality evaluation index system ultimately constructed included 3 first-level,10 second-level and 39 third-level indicators.Conclusion The quality evaluation index system constructed is scientific,reasonable,comprehensive,practical and targeted in content,which has guiding significance for evaluating the quality of nursing undergraduate tutor training base.
