临床护理路径联合康复训练在眼眶骨折复位术患者中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨临床护理路径联合康复训练在眼眶骨折复位术患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2020年1月-2022年12月在笔者所在医院眼科行眼眶骨折复位术的128例患者为研究对象.采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各64例.对照组实施眼部手术围手术期常规护理及康复训练,观察组实施眼眶骨折复位术临床护理路径联合康复训练.比较2组术眼眼球运动改善率、复视情况及生活质量.结果 干预1个月后,观察组术眼眼球运动改善程度优于对照组(Z=-6.077,P＜0.001),复视程度轻于对照组(Z=-3.103,P=0.002),观察组生活质量各维度得分均高于对照组(均P＜0.05).结论 临床护理路径联合康复训练可以规范眼眶骨折术后患者的护理过程,帮助患者减轻术后复视,尽早恢复眼球运动功能,提高患者的生活质量.
Abstract
Objetive To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway combined with rehabilitation training in patients with orbital fracture reduction.Methods Totally 128 patients who underwent orbital fracture reduction in Ophthalmology department,between January 2020 and December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each of 64,according to a random number table.The control group received perioperative routine nursing and rehabilitation training,while the observation group underwent orbital fracture reduction clinical nursing path combined with rehabilitation training.The improvement rate of eye movement,diplopia and life quality of the two groups were compared.Results After one-month intervention,the eye movement of the observation group improved more significantly than that of the control group(Z=-6.077,P＜0.001),the degree of diplopia was significantly less(Z=-3.103,P=0.002),and the life quality scores of all dimensions were significantly higher than the latter group(P＜0.05 for all).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway combined with rehabilitation training can standardize the nursing process of patients after orbital fracture surgeries,help relieve their diplopia,restore eye movement function as soon as possible,and improve their life quality.
