急诊急救专科护士创伤救治胜任力评价指标体系的构建

摘要
目的 构建急诊急救专科护士创伤救治胜任力评价指标体系,为我国急诊专科护士培养及评价提供参考.方法 以胜任力的"冰山模型"为理论依据,通过文献回顾法、小组讨论法、德尔菲专家函询法以及层次分析法,确定急诊急救专科护士各级创伤救治胜任力评价指标及权重.结果 最终形成的急诊急救专科护士创伤救治胜任力评价指标体系包括知识、技能、动机、个人特质、自我概念和社会角色6个一级指标,18个二级指标,53个三级指标.3轮函询专家积极系数均为100％,专家权威系数分别为0.903、0.908、0.925,各级指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.184～0.495、0.119～0.177和0.298～0.719(均P＜0.05).结论 构建的急诊急救专科护士创伤救治胜任力评价指标体系具有系统性和专科性,可为急诊急救专科护士岗位培训及考核评价提供参考.
Abstract
Objective To construct the evaluation index system of trauma care competence of emergency nurses,so as to provide reference for the training and evaluation of emergency nurses.Methods Based on the iceberg model of competency,the evaluation indexes and their weights were determined after literature review,group discussion,Delphi expert letter consultation and analytic hierarchy process.Results The evaluation system established consists of 6 first-level indexes,18 second-level and 53 third-level ones,covering knowledge,skill,motivation,personal trait,self-concept and social angle.The authority coefficients of the three rounds of expert consultation were 0.903,0.908 and 0.925 respectively,the questionnaire recovery rates of expert consultation were 100％.Moreover,the Kendall harmony coefficients of the 3 rounds were 0.184～0.495、0.119～0.177 and 0.298～0.719,respectively(P＜0.05 for all).Conclusion The evaluation system constructed in this study is systematic and specialized,and can provide references for the training and evaluation of emergency nurses.
