中青年血液透析患者工作退缩行为现状及影响因素分析

摘要
目的 探讨中青年血液透析患者工作退缩行为现状,并分析其影响因素.方法 于2022年2月-2023年2月,抽取潍坊市3家综合性医院首次接受血液透析且已回归工作的中青年血液透析患者213例作为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、工作退缩行为量表、家庭支持自评量表、社会支持评定量表、心理弹性量表、透析患者症状负担量表对其进行问卷调查.结果 中青年血液透析患者工作退缩行为得分为(30.09±6.26)分.多元线性回归结果显示,透析前病程持续时间、家庭支持、社会支持、心理弹性、症状负担为中青年血液透析患者工作退缩行为的独立影响因素(R2=0.548,△R2=0.535,F=50.193,P＜0.001).结论 中青年血液透析患者存在中等程度的工作退缩行为,应从内部、外部因素出发,针对性指导患者更好地融入社会、重返工作.
Abstract
Objective To explore the current situation of work withdrawal behavior in young and middle-aged hemodialysis patients,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Between February 2022 and February 2023,213 middle-aged and young hemodialysis patients who had returned to work after receiving hemodialysis for the first time in three general hospitals in Weifang city were selected as research objects.They were surveyed using a general data questionnaire,work withdrawal behavior scale,family support self-rating scale,social support rating scale,Connor-Davidson resilience scale and dialysis frequercy severity and symptom burden index.Results The work withdrawal behavior score was(30.09±6.26)points.The results of multiple linear regression showed that the duration of disease before dialysis,family support,social support,psychological resilience and symptom burden were the independent influencing factors of work withdrawal behavior for such patients(R2=0.548,△ R2=0.535,F=50.193,P＜0.001).Conclusion The middle-aged and young hemodialysis patients have moderate degree of work withdrawal behavior,so we should help them to better integrate into society and return to work based on their internal and external factors.
