虚拟仿真教学平台在放射科护士培训中的应用研究

摘要
目的 探讨虚拟仿真教学平台在放射科护士培训中的应用效果.方法 选取阜外华中心血管病医院2个院区的60名放射科护士为研究对象,按院区进行分组,将医院本部的30名放射科护士设为对照组,将阜外院区的30名放射科护士设为观察组,对照组实施常规培训,观察组应用虚拟仿真教学平台进行培训.比较2组理论与操作考核成绩、自我导向学习能力及护士核心能力.结果 干预后观察组理论与操作考核成绩均好于对照组(t=9.593,P<0.001;t=7.572,P<0.001),自我导向学习能力总分及护士核心能力总分均高于对照组(t=35.617,P<0.001;t=19.116,P<0.001).结论 将虚拟仿真教学平台应用于放射科护士培训中,能有效提升护士自我导向学习能力,有助于护士理论水平、实操技能及护士核心能力的提升.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of virtual simulation teaching platform in the training of radiology nurses.Methods Radiology 60 nurses from 2 districts of the author's hospital were selected.Thirty radiology nurses trained in the main area were selected into a control group,while another 30 trained in the Fuwai area were chosen into an observation group.Both groups were given routine training,while the observation group was additionally provided with training on the virtual simulation teaching platform.Then theoretical and practical skills,self-directed ability,nursing core ability with training were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the theoretical and practical skill scores of the observation group were better than that of the control group(t=9.593,P<0.001;t=7.572,P<0.001),while the total score of self-directed ability and core ability of nurses were higher than the latter group(t=35.617,P<0.001;t=19.116,P<0.001).Conclusion Training based on virtual simulation teaching platform can effectively enhance the self-directed learning ability of radiology nurses,contributing to the improvement of their theoretical and practical skills,as well as core competence of nursing.
