摘要
文章总结了35例经口腔前庭入路机器人甲状腺手术患者的护理经验,包括精细化术前准备,做好颏神经损伤、暂时性甲状旁腺功能减退、口唇烫伤、口角撕裂伤、术区感染等并发症的预防及护理,同时做好患者术后口腔护理及疼痛护理.通过精细化护理措施的实施,促使患者顺利康复.
Abstract
This paper summarized the nursing experience of 35 patients undergoing transoral robotic thyroidectomy,including preoperative preparation,prevention and nursing of such complications of mental nerve injury,temporary hypoparathyroidism,lip scald,oral laceration and infection other complications,as well as postoperative oral care and pain nursing.Through the implementation of fine nursing measures,the rehabilitation of the patients was promoted.
