基于Web of Science数据库的髋部骨折患者跌倒恐惧研究的可视化分析

摘要
目的 分析髋部骨折患者跌倒恐惧的研究热点,为该领域未来的研究提供参考.方法 以Web of Sci-ence数据库为数据来源,检索自建库至2022年12月的髋部骨折患者跌倒恐惧相关文献,运用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件分析该领域的发文量、发文国家、发文机构及关键词等.结果 共纳入211篇文献,1991-2022年髋部骨折患者跌倒恐惧相关研究总体发文量呈波浪递增趋势,发文量前3位的国家依次是美国、荷兰和澳大利亚,发文量前3位的机构为莱顿大学、罗伯特博世医院和悉尼大学.该领域的高频关键词为风险因素、髋部骨折、生活质量、老年人等,其中风险因素为突现度最高的爆发词.结论 髋部骨折患者的跌倒恐惧研究处于持续发展阶段,目前研究热点主要集中在老年髋部骨折患者、风险因素、患者生活质量等方面,提升患者及家属认知、改善居住环境、促进功能训练是该领域未来的研究方向.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the research hotspot of fall fear in patients with hip fracture,so as to provide references for future research.Methods The literature on fall fear of patients with hip fracture was searched in the Web of Science with the time setting from their inception till December,2022.Then CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was used to analyze the number of publications,publishing countries,institutions and keywords in this field.Results A total of 211 articles were included,and the overall number of publications showed a wavy increasing trend.The country with the highest number of articles was the United States,followed by the Netherlands and Australia.The top three institutions of publishing were Leiden University,Robert Bosch Hospital and the University of Sydney.The high-frequency keywords were risk factors,hip fracture,quality of life,the elderly.Risk factors was the most prominent outburst word.Conclusion The research on the fear of falling in patients with hip fracture is in steady development.Current research focuses on elderly patients with hip fracture as well as their risk factors,postoperative life quality and family rehabilitation.Moreover,how to improve the cognitive function of patients and their families,environment and functional training are to be emphasized in the future.
