社区老年人健康照护需求现状及影响因素分析
Current situation of the health care needs of the elderly in the community and its influencing factors

摘要
目的 了解社区老年人健康照护需求现状,并分析其影响因素,为制定符合社区老年人的养老服务体系提供依据.方法 采用便利抽样方法,使用一般资料调查表、Barthel指数评定量表、老年人健康照护需求调查表对269例社区老年人进行问卷调查.结果 老年人健康照护需求得分为(66.92±26.41)分,多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、是否患慢性病、职业、自理能力是老年人健康照护需求的独立影响因素(R2=0.192,aR2=0.167,F=11.751,P＜0.001).结论 社区老年人的健康照护需求处于中等水平,年龄大、自理能力差、患有慢性病的社区老年人的健康照护需求尤为突出.应提供个性化多元化的服务,完善社区养老服务体系的建立,以满足社区老年人的健康照护需求,从而提高社区老年人的生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To understand the current situation of health care needs of the elderly in the community and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide the basis for the establishment of the elderly care service system in the community.Methods By using the convenience sampling method,269 elderly people in community were surveyed using a general data questionnaire,Barthel index rating scale and health care needs of the elderly questionnaire.Results The score of health care needs of the elderly was(66.92±26.41)points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,chronic diseases history,occupation and self-care ability were independent factors influencing the health care needs of the elderly(R2=0.192,△ R2=0.167,F=11.751,P＜0.001).Conclusion The health care needs of the elderly in the community are high and diversified,especially for those with senior age,poor self-care ability and chronic diseases.Therefore,personalized and diversified services should be provided and community elderly care service system should be perfected to better the life quality of the elderly in the community.
