老年人口腔衰弱评估工具的范围综述

摘要
目的 总结国内外老年口腔衰弱的评估工具,为临床医护人员选择合适的老年人口腔衰弱评估工具提供参考.方法 系统检索中英文数据库中关于老年人口腔衰弱评估工具的研究,以澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所范围综述指南为方法学框架对检索结果进行分析和规范化报告.结果 最终纳入7篇文献,总结出7种口腔衰弱评估工具.结论 口腔衰弱评估工具的研究呈现出筛查指标未统一、各评估工具存在使用目的和不同解释的特点,部分工具信效度缺失.未来应进一步验证现有老年人口腔衰弱评估工具的信效度,并继续引入或研制本土化、全面、有效的老年人口腔衰弱特异性评估工具.
Abstract
Objective To summarize the evaluation tools of oral weakness in the elderly at home and abroad,so as to provide references for clinical medical staff to select suitable assessment tools for oral frailty screening.Methods A systematic search was conducted for the studies on the assessment tools of oral frailty in the elderly in both Chinese and English databases,and the results were analyzed and standardized for reporting using the Joanna Briggs institute scoping review guidelines as a methodological framework.Results Finally,7 oral frailty evaluation tools and a total of 7 articles were included.Conclusion The evaluation tools studied are without unifying indicators,of different evaluation purposes and explanations.Some of them donot provide reliability and validyty.Their reliability and validity need further confirming,and localized,comprehensive and effective specific assessment tools should be further developed and introduced.
