Objective To explore the application effect of electronic puncture atlas in patients with arteriovenous fistula hemodialysis.Methods Among 177 patients who underwent hemodialysis through arteriovenous fistula in the hemodialysis center of the author's hospital,85 patients treated in the first half of 2021 were selected as the control group,while 92 in the second half of 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group underwent hemodialysis management using the paper puncture atlas,while the observation group received hemodialysis management uisng the electronic puncture atlas.The failure rate of arteriovenous fistula puncture,the occurrence of complications related to arteriovenous fistula and the satisfaction of nurses with the use of puncture atlas were compared between the two groups.Results The puncture failure rate and complication rate of arteriovenous fistula in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(x2=18.067,P＜0.001;x2=33.282,P＜0.001).Moreover,the satisfaction of nurses to electronic puncture atlas was higher than paper puncture atlas(Z=27.500,P＜0.001).Conclusion The use of electronic puncture atlas for the management of hemodialysis patients can reduce the puncture failure rate and the incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula.Moreover,nurses have a high satisfaction with the electronic puncture atlas system,and it can be widely used in clinical practice.
