Objective To explore the effect of mobile terminal-based health education program on the health information literacy and life quality of young and middle-aged patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),so as to provide a reference for clinical cardiac rehabilitation care.Methods Using the convenience sampling method,64 young and middle-aged patients receiving PCI in the department of cardiology of the first affiliated hospital of Nanchang university between August 2021 and November 2021 were selected,and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,each of 32.Both groups were given routine management,while the observation group was additionally provided with mobile terminal-based health education program.After 12-week intervention,the scores of health information literacy and life quality were compared between the two groups.Results After 12 weeks of the intervention,the total scores of health information literacy and life quality of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(Z=-4.448,P＜0.001;t=-3.343,P=0.001).Conclusion The education program based on mobile terminal can effectively improve the health information literacy and life quality of young and middle-aged patients after PCI.
