This paper summarizes the nursing care based on the traditional Chinese medicine for a case of systemic eczema complicated with liver disease.With the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation and care,personalized skin,oral Chinese medicine preparation,moxibustion,ear tip bloodletting,five elements music intervention,diet and daily living care were administered to the patient.After the implementation,the patient's eczema relieved significantly,and his liver function returned to normal level.After 3-week intervention,the patient's pruritus significantly relieved with lichenificated skin shedding off.One month after discharge,part of the patient's limbs were still recovering from eczema,without lichenification and obvious pruritus.
