摘要
文章总结了湖北省某大型三甲医院分院区护理团队建设及管理经验,以期为大型医院分院区的护理管理提供参考.分院区开诊前,提前组建护理管理团队,制定工作流程及制度;开诊后管理包括人力资源管理、护理质量与安全管理、人员培训管理等方面,同时动态关注护理团队的成长,给予人文关怀举措.分院区的建设及管理应以质量和安全为基石,在专科建设、教学、科研等方面逐步推进,形成一套完整的管理体系.
Abstract
This paper summarized the building and management of a nursing team in a branch of a large grade-A tertrary hospital in Hubei province,in order to provide references in this field.Before the opening of the branch,nursing management team was established and a process system was formulated in advance.After the opening of the branch,human resource management,nursing quality and safety management,and personnel training management were carried out,and attention was paid to the growth of the nursing team with humanistic care.With quality and safety as the cornerstone,a complete management system of specialty construction,teaching and scientific research was constructed in the branch hospital.
