Objective To explore the family resilience among colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and its influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for targeted nursing intervention plans and promoting good family adjustment.Methods Between November 2023 and April 2024,the colorectal cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were selected from 3 grade-A tertiary hospitals using the convenience sampling method,and surveyed using a general information questionnaire,a shortened Chinese version of the family resilience scale,a medical coping modes questionnaire,a self-efficacy for managing chronic disease 6-item scale,a family concern index questionnaire and a social support rating scale.Results A total of 232 colorectal cancer chemotherapy patients were surveyed and their family resilience score was(87.48±12.72)points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that social support,family care level,medical coping style and family economic level were the influencing factors of their family resilience level(R2=0.684,adjusted R2=0.674,F=69.231,P<0.001).Conclusion The family resilience of colorectal cancer patients with chemotherapy is at a moderate level,and affected various factors.Effective measures should be taken to better their family resilience by improving their social support,family care,coping strategies and economic levels.
