A qualitative study of medical workers'participation in mobile medical care for elderly adults:a Meta-synthesis

摘要
目的 系统整合医护人员参与老年人移动医疗照护的体验及感受.方法 计算机检索PubMed、Em-base、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库中关于医护人员参与老年人移动医疗照护的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2023年11月.文献质量评价采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准,采用汇聚性整合方法对结果进行整合分析.结果 共纳入10篇文献,提炼41个研究结果,将相似的研究结果归纳为10个新类别,最终得出3个整合结果:医护人员参与老年人移动医疗照护的积极体验;医护人员参与老年人移动医疗照护的障碍;医护人员参与移动医疗的多维度策略.结论 老年人的移动医疗照护需识别障碍因素,加强多维策略应对,提升医护人员在老年移动医疗照护实践中的核心作用.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the real experience of medical workers participating in mobile medical care for the elderly.Methods The qualitative studies on the participation of medical workers in mobile medical care of the elderly were searched in PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database and Chinese biomedical literature database,with the time setting from inception to November 2023.The quality evaluation criteria of JBI evidence-based health care center in Australia were adopted for literature quality evaluation,and the results were integrated and analyzed by convergent integration method.Results A total of 10 studies were included,and 41 results were extracted and summarized into 10 categories,which were further integrated into such three results as the positive experience of medical and health care personnel participating in mobile medical care for the elderly,barriers to their participation and multidimensional strategies.Conclusion Multi-dimensional strategies and the core role of medical staff should be strengthened in mobile medical care for the elderly.
