Objective To explore the application effect of virtual simulation technology combined with Xuexitong software in practice teaching of stroke nursing.Methods Eighty-three full-time junior college students from grade 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=41)and an observation group(n=42).The control group was given traditional teaching,while the observation group received training using virtual simulation technology combined with Xuexitong software.After the intervention,the theoretical knowledge,practical assessment and deep learning were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical assessment and deep learning of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(t=-3.816,P＜0.001;t=-4.109,P＜0.001;t=-3.935,P＜0.001).Conclusion Virtual simulation technology combined with Xuexitong software helps improve the practice teaching of stroke nursing.
