摘要

全膝关节置换术是一种帮助患者膝关节功能重建的有效方法,广泛应用于临床.关节遗忘是指患者术后在日常生活中忘记被置换关节的能力.本文综述了全膝关节置换术后患者关节遗忘的相关概念、测量工具、影响因素以及改善全膝关节置换术患者关节遗忘的干预措施,旨在为临床医护人员针对全膝关节置换术后患者关节遗忘制定积极有效的干预方案提供依据.

Abstract

Total knee arthroplasty(TKA)is an effective method to help patients rebuild knee function,which is widely used in clinical practice.Joint amnesia refers to the ability of patients to forget the replaced joint in their daily life after surgery.This paper reviews its relevant concepts,measurement tools,influencing factors,as well as measures to improve it.The aim is to provide references to formulate positive and effective intervention plans.
