This paper summarized the nursing care of 11 patients with Da Vinci robot-assisted endoscopic radical thyroidectomy.The key points of nursing care for such patients included preoperative adaptive training guidance and coordination of carbon nanoparticle injection,position management,device management,skin care and surgical coordination during operation,as well as postoperative pain management,pipeline care and related disposal of robotic equipment and instruments.The operations were successfully completed in 11 patients with little blood loss and no injury of recurrent laryngeal nerve and parathyroid gland.
