This article discusses the current status and challenges of chronic disease management in dermatology in China under the guidance of the new policy,with a focus on patient-centered service models,aiming to provide valuable insights for dermatology professionals and guide the future development of chronic skin disease management.With the rapid changes in the medical environment of dermatology in China,chronic skin diseases have a certain impact on the social economy.The Special action of Healthy China Skin and Immunization,implemented in 2023,plays an important guiding role in the management strategy of chronic skin diseases.To analyze the specific needs of patients with chronic skin diseases and explore the development of targeted treatment programs based on the application importance of patient-centered concept is the main aim of this artide.In addition,standardized diagnosis and treatment emphasizes the importance of the development and implementation of long-term management plans and its positive role in public health and social responsibility.This paper focuses on the integration and innovation in clinical practice,looks forward to the future development trend of chronic skin disease management,and emphasizes the integration of policy and technology,as well as the continuous promotion of the patient-centered service concept.
