Psoriatic arthritis(PsA)is a chronic inflammatory disease that can lead to joint damage and deformity,severely compromising patients' quality of life.With a deeper understanding of the pathophysiology of PsA,new treatment options are continuously emerging.Biologic agents such as TNF inhibitors,IL-17 inhibitors,and IL-12/23 inhibitors have provided new directions for treatment,and small molecule targeted drugs like JAK inhibitors have also shown positive therapeutic effects on PsA.Treatment strategies need to be individually adjusted based on the specific conditions of the patient to achieve the best therapeutic outcomes.This review offers a comprehensive overview of treatment options,aiming to assist clinicians in developing more effective treatment plans to improve patient prognosis.
