Construction of Chronic Disease Management Model for Atopic Dermatitis
Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a common chronic,recurrent,and inflammatory disease.Its mechanism is complex,recurrent,heterogeneous,and lifelong.The 7-year recurrence rate is as high as 75.9%,which brings a huge and lasting economic and mental burden to patients and their families.In addition,as a systemic disease,AD is often complicated with a variety of specific and non-specific complications,especially allergic diseases.Skin inflammation is the initial stage of the allergic process,and early control of skin inflammation is great significance for blocking the allergic process in the later stage.In view of the above characteristics of AD,long-term regular treatment and management are particularly important,which has high requirements for the diagnosis and treatment level of medical personnel,the process construction of diagnosis and treatment institutions,and the self-management ability and compliance of patients.This paper discusses the content of the chronic disease management model of AD,introduces the current situation of AD chronic disease management in China in detail,and elaborates the establishment of the chronic disease management model of AD from the aspects of assessment tools,treat-to-target,comorbidity management,and follow-up education.
