Vitiligo is a common acquired pigmentation disorder characterized by chronic course,repeated recurrences and perplexing causes.At present,the chronic disease management of vitiligo in China is still in the exploratory stage without sufficient theoretical and empirical support.The aim in the treatment of vitiligo includes controlling the progression,inducing repigmentation and preventing relapse.This article focus on the discussion of establishing a chronic disease management model of vitiligo,aiming to explore a continues,proactive and comprehensive strategy of healthy management for patients with vitiligo.
