双光子显微镜(two-photon microscopy,TPM)是一种基于双光子激发荧光(two-photon microscopy,TPEF)和二次谐波产生(second harmonic generation,SHG)对皮肤组织进行非侵入性光学检测的方法,无需荧光染料,具有更精准成像、穿透组织更深、对细胞和组织的光损伤和光毒性更小等优势,在皮肤科疾病辅助诊断及治疗效果监测等诸多方面具有广泛应用前景.
Advances in Clinical Application of Two-Photon Imaging in Dermatology
Two-photon microscopy is a kind of non-invasive optical imaging method based on two-photon excitation fluorescence and second harmonic generation without fluorescent dye.With more accurate imaging,deeper penetration of tissue,less light damage and phototoxicity to cells and tissues,it has shown a wide range of potential application in the auxiliary diagnosis of dermatological diseases and the monitoring the effect of treatment.
