Advances in Clinical Application of Two-Photon Imaging in Dermatology
Two-photon microscopy is a kind of non-invasive optical imaging method based on two-photon excitation fluorescence and second harmonic generation without fluorescent dye. With more accurate imaging, deeper penetration of tissue, less light damage and phototoxicity to cells and tissues,it has shown a wide range of potential application in the auxiliary diagnosis of dermatological diseases and the monitoring the effect of treatment.
