Dermoscopy and Reflectance Confocal Microscopy Assist in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Actinic Keratosis
Actinic keratosis(AK),as a common skin precancerous lesion, early and accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment are particularly important.Skin histopathological examination has certain limitations in overall evaluation and repeated sampling of skin lesions.Dermatoscopy and reflectance confocal microscopy(RCM),as non-invasive diagnostic tools, have advantages such as real-time,in vivo, and dynamic observation, and have great potential in the auxiliary diagnosis, efficacy evaluation, and follow-up of AK.This article mainly introduces the application of dermatoscopy and reflective confocal microscopy in the auxiliary diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of AK.
