云南省皮肤影像技术应用现状调查及初步分析

目的 分析云南省医疗机构的皮肤影像设备购置、使用、检测人员培训情况,为高质量开展皮肤影像技术奠定基础.方法 向云南省内开展皮肤病、医学美容、整形手术的二级以上医疗机构发放调查问卷,调查皮肤影像设备(台式/工作站式皮肤镜、皮肤CT、Wood氏灯、多光谱皮肤检测仪及皮肤超声)购置、使用、检测人员培训及满意度等情况.结果 共回收有效问卷90份.①皮肤影像设备:各类皮肤影像设备共161台,其中49台台式/工作站式皮肤镜,4台皮肤CT,66台Wood氏灯,41台VISIA皮肤检测仪,1台皮肤超声.拥有皮肤影像设备数量由高到低依次为昆明市(30.43%)、红河州(24.22%)、保山市(10.56%)、曲靖市(8.70%).②皮肤影像技能培训:65个医疗机构(72.22%)有专人从事皮肤影像设备使用、检测、出具检测报告;考取CSID皮肤镜初级证书的有28人,中级证书10人,CSID皮肤CT初级证书6人,中级证书3人,CSID皮肤超声中级证书2人,初级证书3人.③83.33%的医疗机构的专业人员认为皮肤影像检查对临床诊疗有帮助;66.67%专业人员对于系统、规范的皮肤影像设备的操作、诊断培训有较强需求.④90家受调查的医疗机构中,今后对皮肤镜有购置需求的占53.33%,53.33%对皮肤CT有需求,57.78%对皮肤超声有需求,52.22%对VISIA类皮肤检测仪有需求.结论 云南皮肤影像技术开展已具有一定规模,台式/工作站式皮肤镜普及度相对较高;但皮肤影像设备在不同地区分布极不均衡;仍有相当比例医疗机构没有专业皮肤影像技术人员,系统、规范的皮肤影像技能培训、考核急需加强.
Investigation and Analysis of the Application Status of Skin Imaging Technology in Yunnan Province
Objective To understand and analyze the training of the purchase,use,and testing personnel of skin imaging equipment in medical institutions in Yunnan Province,and to lay the foundation for high-quality skin imaging technology.Methods Questionnaires were distributed to secondary medical and above medical institutions carrying out skin disease,medical cosmetic surgery,and plastic surgery in Yunnan Province to investigate the purchase,use,testing personnel training,and satisfaction of skin imaging equipment(desktop/workstation dermis cope,reflectance confocal microscope,Wood's lamp,multispectral skin detector,and skin ultrasound),and the questionnaire data were collected and analyzed.Results A total of 90 valid questionnaires were collected,involving 90 medical institutions.① Among the 90 medical institutions,there are 161 skin imaging equipment,including 49 desktop/workstation dermascopes,4 reflectance confocal microscope,66 Wood's lamps,41 VISIA skin detectors,and 1 skin ultrasound.The areas with the most skin imaging equipment are Kunming(30.43%),Honghe(24.22%),Baoshan(10.56%)and Qujing(8.70%).② Sixty-seven medical institutions have participated in online and offline training,accounting for 74.44%of all medical institutions;65 medical institutions(72.22%)have special personnel engaged in using,testing and issuing test reports;28 medical personnel got CSID dermoscopic primary certificate,10 got intermediate certificate,6 got CSID reflectance confocal microscope primary certificate,3 got an intermediate certificate,2 got skin ultrasound CSID intermediate certificate,and 3 got primary certificate.③ 83.33%of professionals in medical institutions believe that skin imaging examination is helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment;66.67%of skin imaging professionals in medical institutions have a strong demand for operation and diagnostic training of systematic and standardized skin imaging equipment.④ Among the 90 surveyed medical institutions,53.33%expressed a future procurement demand for derma-scope,reflectance confocal microscopes(53.33%),skin ultrasound(57.78%),and for VISIA-like skin analyzers(52.22%).Conclusion Dermatological imaging technology in Yunnan Province has been developed to a certain extent,and the popularity of desktop/workstation dermascope in the main skin imaging equipment is relatively high.However,the distribution of skin imaging equipment in different regions is extremely uneven.A considerable proportion of medical institutions still lack professional personnel trained in dermatological imaging technology,highlighting the urgent need to strengthen systematic and standardized training and assessment in skin imaging skills.
