摘要
α-促黑素细胞激素是一种神经内分泌激素,主要负责刺激毛发和皮肤中黑色素的产生.另外,它在控制食欲和能量平衡、性行为和缺血再灌注相关损伤等方面也发挥着重要作用.近年来,人们对开发α-促黑素细胞激素类似物有着很大的兴趣,并且已经初步用于治疗卟啉病、白癜风、家族性良性慢性天疱疮、多形性日光疹、日光性荨麻疹、寻常性痤疮等皮肤病.本文综述了 α-促黑素细胞激素在皮肤病中的作用机制和治疗应用.
Abstract
Alpha-melanocytotropic hormone is a neuroendocrine hormone primarily responsible for stimulating the production of melanin in hair and skin.It also plays a role in controlling appetite and energy balance,sexual behavior,and ischemia-reperfusion-related injuries.In recent years,there has been considerable interest in the development of alpha-melanocyte hormone analogues.At the same time,they have been initially used in the treatment of porphyria,vitiligo,familial benign chronic pemphigus,polymorphous light eruption,solar urticaria,acne vulgaris and other skin diseases.This article reviews the mechanism and therapeutic application of alpha-melanocytotropic hormone in dermatosis.
