Dermoscope,known as dermal microscopy,is a non-invasive diagnostic tool that allows direct observation of the microscopic structure from the epidermis to the superficial dermis,which is widely used for the differential diagnosis,auxiliary diagnosis,and efficacy evaluation of dermatoses.However,the crucial role of dermatopathology in definitive diagnosis remains unshakeable.In the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)dermatology,the use of dermoscope serves as a bridge between TCM macroscopic differentiation and microscopic dermatopathology.
