Effect of Chushi Zhiyang Decoction on Intestinal Flora of Atopic Dermatitis Caused by Dampness Heat Syndrome
Objective To detect the effect of Chushi Zhiyang decoction on intestinal flora in patients with atopic dermatitis(AD).Methods In total,154 instances of AD in our hospital from May 2021 to October 2022 were classified as 79 cases in the test group which were given Chushi Zhiyang decoction for 4 weeks, and 75 cases in the control group were given levocetirizine for 4 weeks.Fecal samples were collected from the cases of experimental group and the control group before and after treatment. The changes of intestinal flora were analyzed by high-throughput gene sequencing. Results Based on 16rsDNA,there is no significant difference in α diversity and βdiversity of intestinal flora. However, the abundance of multiple advantageous intestinal probiotics increased after treatment with Chushi Zhiyang decoction, and the abundance of pathogenic bacteria decreased in the experimental group. The results of LefSe showed that at the family level,Lactobacillaceae,Comamondaceae and Burkholderiaceae were the dominant bacteria after treatment. And at the genus level,Eubacterium hallii group,Alloprevotella,Peptoclostridium and Variovorax were the dominant bacteria.Compared with the control group,Holdemanella and Catenisphaera were the dominant bacteria in experimental group. Conclusion After Chushi Zhiyang decoction treatment, there is no significant effect on intestinal flora biodiversity in AD,but Chushi Zhiyang decoction can increase the abundance of beneficial bacteria and reduce the abundance of pathogenic bacteria.
