摘要
通过讨论《内经》皮部的概念与范围、《内经》皮部的阴阳属性及特应性皮炎的脏腑辨证归属,并在《内经》皮部理论指导下探讨了特应性皮炎的6点相关病因病机:火热作祟、湿邪伤表、风邪郁于肌肤、肝虚为燥热所伤、卫气失常以及邪伤脏则不乐.最后在生态视域下进一步讨论了 AD的辨治思路:构建生态模型,结合微观个体和宏观环境的多种因素综合辨治.微观上,当遵循开阖枢规律,并注意调节个人心理、情绪及行为;宏观上,当结合当年运气变化,并考量地理环境特点.
Abstract
By discussing the concept and scope of the Pi-bu in Neijing,the yin and yang attributes of the Pi-bu and the classification of AD bases on organ differentiation.While guided by the Pi-bu theory in Neijing,six related causes and pathogenesis of AD were explored:fire heat caused body-surface injury,dampness pathogenic caused body-surface injury,evil wind caused body-surface injury,liver deficiency and dry-hot evil caused body-surface injury,defending qi caused disorder,zang hurting caused unhappiness.Finally,from an ecological perspective,according to the ecological medicine model,the differential treatment approach for AD was further discussed.In the microsystem,the law of opening and closing and pivot should be followed;Personal psychology,emotions,and behavior should also be adjusted;In the macro system,climate change factors that can be calculated by the Yunqi theory and the characteristics of the geographical environment can be incorporated in the ecological model,etc.
