摘要
《伤寒论》六经辨证体系是张仲景从《内经》五脏辨证基础上发展而来,对于现代疑难疾病的治疗具有重要意义.白癜风属皮肤科易诊难治性皮肤病,一般治疗方法仍具有局限性,因白斑常出现在暴露部位,给患者带来沉重的心理负担,运用经方治疗白癜风,方证相符,效如桴鼓.白癜风在临床中常常表现为太阴、少阴、厥阴三阴合病的病理状态.笔者运用当归芍药散、干姜黄芩黄连汤、四逆汤等方剂以疏肝、健脾、温肾,再配以毫火针借火助阳、扶助正气,可达破冰之效,药针同用,三阴同治,收效良多,形成了诊治白癜风"六经辨证,治从三阴"的创新诊疗思路和特色诊疗方案.
Abstract
The syndrome differentiation system of six meridians in Shanghanlun is developed by Zhang Zhongjing from the syndrome differentiation of five zang organs in Neijing which is of great significance for modern difficult diseases treatment.Vitiligo is a skin disease which is easy to diagnose and difficult to treat.The general treatment method still has limitations.Due to white spots often appearing on the exposed parts,it brings heavy psychological burden to patients.Using classical prescriptions to treat vitiligo,the prescription and syndrome need to consistent and effective.Vitiligo is often manifested in the pathological state of Taiyin,Shaoyin and Jueyin.The author uses Danggui Shaoyao powder,Sini decoction,Ganjiang Huangqin Huanglian decoction and other formula to smooth the liver,strengthen the spleen and warm the kidney.Then useing fire needle improves yang and healthy qi to achieve the effect.The medicine and needle are used to treat three Yin for better effect.An innovative diagnosis and treatment idea and characteristic diagnosis of"six meridians syndrome differentiation was treated from three yin"have been formed for the diagnosis and treatment of vitiligo.
