摘要
玫瑰痤疮是一种好发于面中部的慢性炎症性疾病,发病机制尚未明确,面部持续性红斑及阵发性潮红是其治疗难点.A型肉毒毒素在临床上广泛应用于皮肤美容,近年来不少研究证实还可以应用于玫瑰痤疮的治疗,为临床提供了一种新的治疗选择.但A型肉毒毒素治疗玫瑰痤疮的机制、适应症、具体的治疗方案以及疗效、安全性、联合治疗方案等仍存在诸多问题,尚无统一意见.本文综述了 A型肉毒毒素治疗玫瑰痤疮的最新研究进展,探讨目前存在的问题和挑战,以期为未来进一步寻找更科学、更规范的治疗方案,进行更多高质量的研究指明方向.
Abstract
Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory disease that occurs in the midface,the pathogenesis of which remains unknown.Persistent facial erythema and episodic facial flushes are challenging problem to treat.Botulinum toxin A applied extensively clinically in cosmetic dermatology.Recent studies have confirmed that it could be applied to the rosacea,which provide a new option for clinicians.However,there is no consensus on the mechanisms,indications,specific treatment options,efficacy,safety and the combination therapy regimens of botulinum toxin A treatment in rosacea.In this review,we update the recent progress on botulinum toxin A in the treatment of rosacea and explore the existing problems and challenges.The search for a more ideal and high-quality regimen yet continued.
