摘要
患者男,32岁,阴囊多发性黄白色结节8年.皮肤科情况:阴囊表面散在数十个大小不等黄白色结节,最大者直径约为1.3 cm ×0.8 cm,部分融合,表面光滑,边界清楚,质韧,与周围组织无黏连.皮损组织病理示:表皮大致正常,真皮中可见大量蓝染均质无定形钙盐沉积,未见囊壁,外周散在多核巨细胞、淋巴细胞浸润.诊断:阴囊特发性钙质沉着症.皮损部分切除,6个月后复发结节.
Abstract
A 32-year-old male had multiple yellowish-white nodules of the scrotum for 8 years.The dermatological examination showed yellowish-white nodules scattered on the surface of the scrotum with varying sizes,the largest of which was about 1.3 cm × 0.8 cm in diameter,partially fused,with smooth surface,clear boundary,tough quality,and no adhesion to the surrounding tissues.Histopathological examination revealed that the epidermis was generally normal,a large number of blue-stained homogeneous amorphous calcification salts were seen in the dermis,with no obvious cystic wall,and peripheral lymphocytic infiltration and scattered multinucleated giant cells are seen.The patient was diagnosed with idiopathic calcinosis cutis of scrotum.The lesion was partly removed,and relapaed 6 months later.
