Alzheimer's disease,the most prevalent neurodegenerative disease,with China having the highest number of cases globally,is an important public health problem because of its heavy family,economic,and social burden.β-amyloid PET imaging can be used to noninvasively and accurately evaluate the changes of β-amyloid deposition in the brain at the molecular level in Alzheimer's disease,which is a crucial imaging tool for early diagnosis and intervention evaluation.
