摘要
乳腺癌是我国女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,常规超声是乳腺癌筛查常用的影像检查方法.弹性成像、超声造影、自动乳腺超声成像系统、S-detect技术及超声引导下穿刺活检等新技术正在飞速发展并逐渐应用于临床,为乳腺癌的诊断提供了更有价值的信息.本文就多种超声影像技术诊断乳腺癌的临床应用进展进行综述.
Abstract
Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women in our country.Conventional ultrasound has become a common imaging method for breast cancer screening.New technologies such as elastography,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,automatic breast ultrasound system,S-detect technology and ultrasound-guided needle biopsy are developing rapidly and gradually applied in clinical practice,providing more valuable information for the diagnosis of breast cancer.This article reviews the clinical application progress of various ultrasound imaging techniques in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
