摘要

发育性髋关节发育不良(DDH)是婴幼儿常见的髋关节疾病.近年来已证实早期诊断及治疗能减少并发症的发生,避免致残.随着对DDH诊断的重视程度增加,超声及X线应用于婴儿DDH疾病筛查,CT评估股骨头于髋臼位置关系指导手术治疗,MRI反应髋关节软组织情况为手术提供信息并可进行术后效果随访.除常规影像技术,各种新型影像技术也开展应用于DDH诊疗服务.本文总结各影像技术诊断DDH的方式及研究进展.

Abstract

Developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH)is a common hip disease in infants.In recent years,it has been proved that early diagnosis and treatment of this disease can reduce the incidence of complications and avoid disability.As more and more attention is paid to DDH diagnosis,ultrasound and X-ray are used to screen the DDH disease,CT is used to evaluate the position relationship between the femoral head and the acetabulum to guide surgical treatment,and MRI technology is used to reflect the soft tissue of the hip joint to provide surgical information and follow-up effect.In addition to conventional imaging techniques,a variety of new imaging technologies are being applied to DDH diagnosis and treatment services.This paper summarizes the diagnostic methods and research progress of DDH by various imaging techniques.
