摘要

目的:探讨不同空间导航能力人群全脑各个脑区之间功能连接(FC)的特点,揭示空间导航可能的神经影像学机制.方法:前瞻性选取2020年9月至2021年9月解放军陆军边海防学院的100名大学生进行空间导航能力的测试,将测试结果优秀的前25名大学生纳入空间导航能力极好(GN)组,测试结果最差的25名纳入空间导航能力极差(PN)组,采集两组的脑部静息态功能磁共振成像(fMRI)及数据.计算GN组和PN组之间以左侧眶部额上回、左侧枕下回、右侧枕中回为感兴趣区域(ROI)与大脑中其他脑区FC值的差异.结果:相较于GN组,PN组某些脑区FC值减弱.所减弱的脑区主要包括左侧眶部额上回与左侧顶骨下方除了缘上回和角回的脑回、左侧缘上回.左侧枕下回与双侧舌回、双侧矩状裂及其周围皮层.右侧枕中回与双侧楔叶、双侧楔前叶、双侧扣带回中部及其侧面环绕的脑回、右侧矩状裂及其周围皮层.结论:正常人群间的空间导航能力存在显著差异,并且空间导航GN组与空间导航PN组多个与情绪记忆及视觉信息处理相关的脑区之间FC值存在差异,可为揭示空间导航相关的神经机制提供依据.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the characteristics of functional connectivity(FC)between different brain regions of whole brain in people with different spatial-navigated abilities,so as to reveal a possible neuroimaging mechanisms of spatial navigation.Methods:From September 2020 to September 2021,a total of 100 undergraduates were selected from the PLA Army Border and Coastal Defense Academy to conduct the test of spatial navigation capability.The top 25 undergraduates whose test results were excellent were included in the good navigation(GN)group,and 25 undergraduates with worst test results were included in the poor navigation(PN)group.The functional MRI(fMRI)at resting state and data of the brain of two groups were collected.The difference of FC values of the region of interest(ROI)included the left upper orbital frontal gyrus,the left inferior occipital gyrus and right middle occipital gyrus,and other regions of brain between GN group and PN group were calculated.Results:Compared with GN group,the FC values of some brain regions of PN group,which included cerebral gyrus and left upper marginal gyrus of left upper frontal gyrus of the orbit and the below of the left parietal bone,except marginal upper gyrus and angular gyrus,were weakened.In addition,the FC values of PN group,which included the cerebral gyrus of right occipital gyrus and bilateral cuneiform lobes,bilateral anterior cuneiform lobes,and the middle part of bilaterally cingulate gyrus and the cerebral gyrus of side surround of that,and the right rectangular fissure and the surrounding cortex of that,also were weakened.Conclusion:There are significant differences in spatial navigation ability between differently normal population,and there are significant differences in the FC values of many brain regions that relate to emotional memory and the progress of visual information between spatial navigation GN group and spatial navigation PN group,which can provide basis for revealing relative neural mechanism of spatial navigation.
